Phantom earned his name because he was seen roaming all over a busy city neighborhood but was never in the same spot long enough to be rescued - that was until he got stuck in someone’s basement.

Once rescued from the basement he decided he loves his indoor life. However, he doesn’t want anyone to try to be his boss. He is a hot ticket and his slightly crossed eyes fit his spunky personality. He loves to play and likes attention on his terms Looking for a cat with an attitude? He’s your cat. An adult home only, and he is not for the novice cat owner.
