"Sabina"
Sabina is a shorthaired female, brown tiger with white, about a year and a half old. She lived in a "collector's" house in Lowell. Her owner, an elderly woman who could not afford to feed the cats she had, turned her and her newborn kittens into a shelter. At first, she was so frightened, that shelter believed her to be feral. Since they didn't have the staff to handle a feral and her kittens, they contacted us to keep her with the kittens until they kittens were old enough to eat on their own. They did not believe she would turn around.
Sabina has turned out to be the sweetest and the most gentle cat her foster home has ever seen! She loves to have her belly rubbed and will roll around in her cat tree until we pay attention to her. She never stops purring! She is a little shy at first, but once out of her shell, a lap cat emerges! She would probably not do well with young children, as fast movements can scare her, and has not been tested wth dogs.
If you would like to know more about Sabina, or any of the other cats we have available, please contact us.
Can't adopt Sabina but would still like to help? Please consider dedicating a donation to Kitty Angels in her honor.
