Freckles and her three kittens were trapped under a porch where they had taken refuge. She was in terrible shape but had been doing her best to protect and feed her kittens. She was thin, covered in fleas and ravenous.

Freckles has recovered well but still acts as if every meal will be her last. Her food deprivation, while trying to nurse her kittens, really took a toll on her. She is such a sweet cat, gentle, and affectionate and loves attention (and food, of course) Freckles would be happy to be your only cat.
