Toby is a sweet cat who loves his brother Charlie, an orange tiger. Along with River, they have lived together their whole lives and unfortunately have found themselves in a position where they need to find a new home.

He has lived a very quiet life and is having a hard time with leaving his home of 8 years. His ideal home will be to live as the only cat or with his sibling Charlie.
